Being an Avertim Business Manager means being a real entrepreneur able to create new businesses, inspire people, and manage high level activities. You will have to develop the potential of everyone in your team, while answering the client’s expectations and developing your business unit with a long term vision.
They are responsible for the development of their Business Unit strategy, in line with the Group ambition to grow and support the teams. They share knowledge, mentor Business Managers and interact with Principal consultants to develop service lines, methodologies and internal programs of Avertim.
Involved in every phase of the business plan, they are fully responsible for a Business Unit, coaching Business Managers/Engineers, managing key accounts, and participating to the international development of the Group.
They deploy the Avertim strategy and imagine creative solutions for the clients, with regards to the context and business requirements. They develop their teams of consultants and create a link between seniors and juniors, ensuring a permanent contact with Avertim organization.
Integrated to a Business Unit, juniors start their careers as Business Engineers; under the supervision of a Business Manager. They start developing a client portfolio and participate to recruitment, working on bid tenders, discovering sectors’ challenges and project methodologies.
