As Business Manager, you directly contribute to the development of Avertim, both at the business and the human level. Creating your client portfolio and developing your teams’ talents, to deliver the highest level of excellence on the projects done.

You manage your own business unit, develop our client portfolio or acquire new clients in one or more industries. You are also responsible for the recruitment and management of your team while benefiting from the support of the HR department.  You ensure the profitability of your business unit and meet the targets defined in your business plan.

As Senior Manager, you will also have the possibility to coach Business Engineers and manage key accounts, as well as opening opportunities cross countriesTop page

Corporate Functions

We are hiring professionals in the following departments: HR, Finance, Solution, Marketing & Communication. Consultants hold a central position in our organization; for this reason, our HR department is in constant development, hiring new professionals to support Talent Acquisition, Training and Career Development.
