  • The constant evolution of technologies and features in the Multimedia sector requires continuous attention on the part of the providers in order to stay in the market.
  • Our client, a major Belgian telecommunication company, needed to implement new features to the equipment iinstalled at its current clients premises. To avoid any attrition, this implementation needed to be completely transparent to the final client.

  • run the project management based on Prince 2 methodology
  • ensure End-to-End process creation (or updates) and proper documentation, to allow autonomous implementation by the operations
  • include change management for the impacted departments
  • take advantage of this release to resolve the existing bugs
